Car was picked up and delivered back to house (great option), communication was great, and price was reasonable for all the work done (trans fluid, brake fluid, diff fluid, oil change and tire rotation.) Honored 10% off ‘in person only’ labor coupon which saved $50.
I would like to say that Julianna Wiley helped us out a lot to get our SUV back to us when it was broken down from a fuel pump. She’s a very exceptional employee and very intelligent and professional.. My service provider was great! I usually have her when I come on the weekends. Sometimes I will notice minor staines on my drivers side seat but nothing major to note when going.

She did a good job of answering questions and still giving myself and my wife enough space to have our own conversations. Had a great experience getting maintenance done on the A/C in my new Honda Accord. Paul George was excellent throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on the status of the parts shipment, provided plenty of notice regarding service completion times, and communicated clearly every step of the way. I really appreciated the professionalism and customer service. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Paul and the team!
Performance Honda has done all of my maintenance work for my Honda Civic. Their timing is just what they say it will be. The workmanship has been right every time. And if you are close enough, their valet service can be very convenient at times.
Excellent salesperson, manager and financial person. The only concern is that the car I leased was found to have an overspray of paint on the side of it that apparently happened accidentally while on the lot and could not be seen easily. As a result, I was not able to take my car home with me and have to return in a couple days to pick it up once the overspray is corrected. This is a 2027 new HRV. Hopefully, this can be fixed appropriately. It does concern me, however.

She went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle, a Honda Pilot for our family, and made sure every detail was handled smoothly, especially on the service side. Her communication was excellent, and she made the test drive process easy and comfortable for all of us. She even personally dropped the vehicle off at our home, which meant so much to our family. We truly couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more positive experience.
