When i walked into the service department, no one greeted me. I think all the service advisor need to be told to stay aware of customers walking into the area. I understand if they all want to act busy so they don’t need to discuss why a customer is there.

Friendly and helpful
Had a nail in my sidewall of my tire only 10,000 miles. Honda was over $100 cheaper to replace the same tire as Bob Sumerel Tire couldn't match the same make. Slight snafu with Honda not getting it done on the appointment day and had to reschedule for the following day. But the service is always great otherwise.

Had to stop at this dealership for an emergency repair because of the engine overheating issue during a trip to Cincinnati for a baseball game. Paul was gracious enough to help us right away. He and the technician did a quick diagnosis and found the problem. He then help us to get a rental car so we can catch the game on time. Great people and great service!!
Haley was AWESOME. She was able to order and get my 4 tires within one day so I could leave for vacation the next day. She had my car picked up and kept me in the loop on progress. She made the check out informative and simple. On the way home the low tire pressure light came on. My experience at Kings Honda was wonderful, thanks to Mahamadou in sales and Chris in finance. Mahamad was wonderful — kind patient and professional. He made shopping for the car fun and was patient with me. Chris was intelligent and kind, and probably should be running the place, because he was top notch on customer service and experience. These two were the show stoppers, and their sales manager is lucky to have them. Highly recommend requesting these two if you stop in for a vehicle!
Went in for a factory recall.
Asked if they would check out a squeeze in the back end.
Said it would be an 89$ investigation fee or, doing me a favor (?) do a front end alignment fit 149$ minus a 10$ coupon.
I there already for the recall and they want $$ to spend 15 minutes looking for a squeak.
Plus the last time I had my Honda serviced, he added something to the oil or gas that cost 10$ without my permission.
Must be something they get a commission on as I and they know it’s unnecessary and only enhanced the dealership.

Quick, easy, comfortable wait
Always great service but a 90 min oil change turned into almost a 2 1/2 hr oil change. Not sure it was worth the coupon price.
Paul George was an excellent service advisor. Paul was attentive and good at getting questions answered. He was helpful in advising which repairs should take priority and which could wait. In the future, I will choose Honda service over my neighborhood car service center and ask for Paul.

I’ve had a Honda for the last 20 years and gone to other dealerships for service but have always been unhappy. I’ve been with Performance Kings Honda for going on 10+ years. I’ve been taking my Pilot for 6 years. Overall, I have been very pleased with their services. When I had an issue, they resolved it quickly and checked in after to make sure I was happy. I’d definitely recommend this Honda Service department over the other local dealerships. Go see Paul- he’ll treat you right.

Had a really good experience with Performance Kings Honda when buying my 22 Accord Touring. Sales man Trae toke good care of me answered all the questions and let me know some more info about my car and care the dealership has to offer. Trae also was a real down to earth guy and helped reassure me, as a parent with a kid on the spectrum that life is beautiful and we all should take the time to stop n enjoy ourselves n the time we have with the people closest to us.
