Honda Accord Hybrid
The Accord Hybrid is a mid-sized sedan with a roomy cabin and solid power train. US News and World Report ranked the 2021 Accord Hybrid as its best pick in the hybrid and electric car category.
The Accord hybrid’s cabin offers versatile cargo storage options. In addition to the 16 cubic feet of cargo storage in the trunk, you can fold down part or all of the 40-60 second row to create additional space for larger items. With all seats in use, the Accord Hybrid offers comfortable accommodation for four adult passengers, or two adults in the front with three kids in the rear.
The hybrid system in this Honda can put out 212 horsepower. This is provided by a 2.0-liter V-4 engine, a lithium ion battery pack, and two electric motors. Power is transmitted through a continuously variable transmission. In the mid-sized sedan class, the Accord Hybrid’s power train achieves an impressive 48 mpg on the highway and on city roads.
In addition to the base model, the Accord Hybrid is available in three trims. These are EX, EX-L, and Touring. All trims share the same power train. The main differences relate to luxury cabin features and technology, including leather upholstery, power-adjustable front seats, and some additional infotainment add-ons.
Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid
