Extra Extraordinary service. My daughter purchase a car last week and every service expectation was exceeded. It was by far the best customer service I have seen at a Car Dealership. Roger Mukeherjee was absolutely outstanding. We felt respected and appreciated as customers. This is a critical component of Excellence. As a skilled customer service provider with over 30 years of experience, I was amazed and impressed. That does not happen that often. Ray Harrar was equally impressive. Super efficient and friendly would describe him. I am sure all processes are the same when buying a car. The difference is the employee. You have two amazing employees .
